What is your return policy?
Every article purchased in the ZIGMAN Online Store can be returned. Return costs may vary depending on the destination.
Please note that Zigman cannot refund taxes and duties for returns coming from non-EU countries.
Customers can request the refund for taxes and duties through their local tax office by providing a copy of the import and export declarations.
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days, according to Zakon o zaštiti potrošača.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We can not accept returns of custom made items.
Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.
Can I exchange a product?
At present, we do not offer an exchange service. Please return the items back to us and place a new order for the correct item online.
How do I return my order?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate Contract, you must notify us, before the expiration of the term, by an unequivocal statement sent by email to customercare@zigmanofficial.com or via The form for unilateral termination of the Contract.
It is necessary to write your first and last name, address, phone number. We will send you the confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by email without delay.

The customer pays the cost of returning the goods.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I receive the refund for my order?
The refund of your order will be processed within 14 business days upon the receipt of the returned item. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.) The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Did you receive my returned order?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund is processed. Please note that the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s policy. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@zigmanofficial.com.
We kindly invite you to keep the tracking number for your return, in order to track the returned order.
What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team. Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and keep the package for further inspection by our carrier.
If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, please contact our customer service at customercare@zigmanofficial.com upon the receipt of the item. Any faulty item must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order.
Complaints and objections
If the customer has objections to the purchased products, according to Članak 10 Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, he has the right to send a written complaint to the seller via email to customercare@zigmanofficial.com or to the address: ZIGMAN Fashion Atelier, Žurkovo b.b., 51221 Kostrena, Croatia.
In doing so, please enter your first and last name, address, contact and description of the complaint. We will respond to your complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving it.
